Evergrande Real Estate Group Co., Ltd. received the notice of filing issued by China Securities Regulatory Commission on August 16, 2023, because the company was suspected of illegal information disclosure, according to the Securities Law of the People’s Republic of China, the Administrative Punishment Law of the People’s Republic of China and other laws and regulations, China Securities Regulatory Commission decided to file a case against the company. The company will actively cooperate with the investigation work of China Securities Regulatory Commission and strictly fulfill the obligation of information disclosure in accordance with relevant requirements.
